Where custom metal products are used

The same production line serves three very different buying groups. Knowing which one you are in helps us recommend the right material, plating and packaging.

01 / Corporate1

Branding, awards and recognition

Enamel pins for new-hire kits, lapel pins for long-service awards and badges for conferences. Usually smaller quantities with premium packaging.

03 / Retail and merchandise3

Bands, brands and licensed collections

Pins and buckles sold as retail merchandise need consistent plating, backing cards and barcode labels so they can go straight onto a shelf.

MANUFACTURING

Die casting, die striking and enamel filling

Three production methods cover every metal item we make. The right one depends on design detail, budget and quantity.

01 / Die casting1

Complex shapes and deep 3D relief

Molten zinc alloy is poured into a steel mould. Best for mascots, crests and sculptural designs where depth matters more than fine lettering.

02 / Die striking2

Dense metal with crisp edges

Brass or copper sheet is stamped under high pressure. The result is heavier and sharper, suited to classic plates and belt buckles.

03 / Enamel filling3

Colour that survives daily wear

Recessed areas are filled with coloured enamel and polished flat. Far more durable than printing for items handled every day.
